SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes cruised to a 4-0 win over Seattle Sounders FC on Sunday afternoon at Buck Shaw Stadium. The Quakes took the early lead thanks to a second minute own goal by Sounders FC midfielder Osvaldo Alonso. Cornell Glen, Darren Huckerby and Chris Wondolowski each netted a goal in the second half to give the Quakes the victory. The game marked the first Earthquakes shutout of the season.
